This rebranding consisted of creating a distinctive visual identity for the business consulting company Radical. The logotype was designed to embody concepts of growth, forward momentum, exponential progress, and their No Bullshit ethos. The clean, modern design reflects the company’s innovative mindset and commitment to driving impactful change. Each element was crafted to ensure adaptability and consistency across various applications, reinforcing Radical’s bold and forward-thinking identity.

The favicon is based on the disruption of the particular L letterform, built with two ascending curves as a nod to growth and moving forward. The shape evokes light, a spark, the birth of new ideas. It also resembles the mathematical symbol plus; sum, positive, growth.

In small applications, spacing is optimized for clarity and legibility at smaller sizes. In these configurations, the favicon is positioned as a superscript, inspired by the concept of exponential growth.

The color palette was intentionally designed to address Radical's need for charts, graphs, and data visualizations, providing a flexible system for organizing and communicating information.
