Hyper Cero

Hyper Cero is an EP released by Canal46, a punk rock band with a fun ironic vibe. The project involved the design of the album cover, which features a typographic approach and an illustration both created by the studio.

The cover has a main protagonist, the eye-roll, a bold and expressive element that captures the band’s ironic and rebellious spirit, conceptually representing the lyrics of this EP. This distinctive feature ties together the EP’s visual identity, appearing not only on the cover but also as a key motif in the T-shirt line and Instagram filter.

The letters H-Y-P-E-R-C-E-R-O were custom designed for this project

The color palette is built on four key tones, a vibrant aqua that adds freshness and movement, a soft off-white, pure black, grounding the design with intensity, and a deep charcoal, adding subtle depth and texture.

The eye-roll takes center stage once again. Designed as an Instagram filter, it overlays the illustration onto your eyes, turning the concept into an interactive experience

The album cover design was adapted into T-shirt merchandise using the project’s color palette. Mainly green and black, with the eye-roll detail standing out in white
